Order & Shipping Confirmation
After you make a purchase online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and the items you purchased. You will receive another email once your item(s) have shipped.
Ordering & Back-Order Information
You can order directly through our website by adding the items you want to your shopping cart. If you have a discount code, it can be entered during the checkout process. If you encounter any problems while ordering, please email us at email@example.com or call 805-440-2613. We will be happy to assist you.
Products not in stock when we receive your order will be kept as backorders for one week and shipped free of charge. If new stock does not arrive within a week, we will let you know and you can tell us if you wish to wait or cancel the order. We ask that you let us know if you want us to ship out your back-order, as not everyone wants to wait.
Method of Payment
We accept PayPal as form of payment. If you want to use DiscoverCard, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Card, the PayPal option will work to take that card through their secured website and credit card processor. Either way, submitting payments via our online store is secure and fast.
Our online store provides you with a variety of shipping options. Select the one that you want and we will ship your order accordingly. Shipping is automatically calculated by weight and destination.
The majority of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Your order should arrive on your doorstep within 3-8 business days (after we receive your order) depending on the method of shipping and distance. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Shipping time does not include processing time. However, we do our best to ship orders the day of or close to the day they are made. If you want something immediately shipped please do call us to let us know your situation.
BEADWORK KITS are shipped Priority Mail so they can be tracked. The online store will estimate the shipping charges for you.
Orders in California are charged 8% sales tax. All other states are not charged sales tax.
We are happy to ship international orders. We use Global Priority on most orders and can usually ship them one business day after the order is received. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order. Our online store estimates these shipping charges. To date shipping rates on international orders have varied between US$11.00-$20.00. If you want to be contacted with shipping costs before we ship your international order, please request this as you check out in the comment section of the cart that allows you to provide additional comments about your order. Rates for USPS Global Priority can be checked at www.ircalc.usps.gov
Returns & Exchanges
You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund EXCEPT for beadwork kits. Because of the nature of these products we do not process refunds or exchanges. All returns on beads/supplies must be pre-authorized by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot accept returns of certain beads and supplies, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase
- Any item that is not in its original condition
- Any beadwork kit
To return items please include the following information with the items:
- A copy of the invoice with the items being returned listed
- Authorization number
