Wildflowers

The inspiration for this design came from the trails on the California central coast. There are so many beautiful wildflowers that grow alongside these trails. The crystals in this piece give it an extra dose of glamour. A bezel is created using circular chevron chain and flower petals are stitched from it using chevron chain. A deep set stone is secured with peyote and a stamen embellishes the center using chevron chain and 2mm Swarovski crystals.

Wildflowers are designed in matching earrings and pendant necklace/pin. The pendant necklace includes a small horizontal pin on the backside stitched in circular chevron chain. To wear this piece as a pin, simply slip off the chevron chain necklace from the bale for a lapel pin with dangling leaves. This set makes a sweet accessory for spring.
